Packages and Services

Labor Packages

These packages include prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum services. I accept Tricare and all Medicaid MCOs and FFS

Aventurine: $1200

My base package includes 2-4 prenatal and 2 postpartum visits, continuous care throughout the transition from pregnancy to birth, breast or formula feeding, recovery, and immediate postpartum support. Every visit will focus on a different aspect of preparation and adjustment. Below is an EXAMPLE of what to expect for support, all support will look different for each family and can be customized and accomplished prior to the birth of your baby.

Prenatal visit 1, week 16-20- this initial visit we will create a birth plan to establish preferences and expectations for various scenarios. We will discuss the difference in my role and your partners in terms of supporting you. The birth process will be reviewed and pinpoint educational and informational resources for your specific concerns.
Prenatal visit 2, week 24-28-Visit two we will revisit and revise birth plan as necessary. We will focus on techniques for pain management, this includes hands on techniques and a review of your preferred relaxation aids. We will practice physical techniques including light massage, birth and peanut ball exercises, partner aided supports, rebozo use, and various laboring and birthing positions. This visit also includes a child birth crash course.
Prenatal visit 3, week 30-34- Will focus on infant feeding , bottle or breast. lactation 101, infant care, swaddling, umbilical care, baby wearing etc. We review what the BirthDay will look like for clear communication and expectations for arrival and support.
Prenatal visit 4, week 36-38- Visit four we will focus on crafting a postpartum support plan, gathering resources for postpartum mental health and lactation support, "nesting", preparation of bottles, pump part pieces, clothes, meal prep etc. Final review of birth plan.
24/7 phone contact until labor- Please call me or text me anytime! Any question, concern, just can’t sleep, listen through a contraction, I will be there to support and encourage you.
Continuous support through labor and delivery- When your labor progresses to a point where you need me to come support and encourage I will be there. That can be from when you are laboring at home, in active labor, or at any point in the process of labor. My purpose will be to attend to your needs and comforts.
Early postpartum care and breastfeeding support- I will remain immediately following birth to ensure a smooth transition for you and your newborn. I will also offer initial guidance for latch and lactation guidance for breastfeeding.
Postpartum visit 5- Optional, 1hr, 3 to 4 days postpartum- if breastfeeding or not the transition from pregnancy to postpartum is massive. Milk comes in quickly in the first days after birth and we will address ways to comfortably let the milk dry up or maintain supply and demand for breastfeeding babies, pumping guidance, safe and proper milk storage and handling,and proper breast and nipple care. Any other postpartum care or newborn concerns can be addressed. Light housekeeping and meal prep.
Postpartum visit 6- Optional, 1hr, 7 to 10 days postpartum- follow up with breastfeeding and newborn care and revisit the birth and answer any questions about your birthing experience. Light housekeeping and meal prep.

Rose Quartz: $1000

This package is great for the last minute mamas (35 week+) or mamas wanting support focused mainly on preparing for labor and birth rather than postpartum, and mamas having a planned c-section! It is never to late to reach out for support in the last weeks of your pregnancy. This package includes 1-2 prenatal visits, continuous care from pregnancy, labor and birth, and immediate postpartum.

Virtual Support

Virtual services are distinct from traditional ones as they rely on live video streaming, phone, or text for all communication. Although I won't be physically present, you will still receive the advantage of personalized emotional support, on-demand education, and my expertise to guide you through your current situation.

Bereavement Packages

As a full spectrum doula I am here to provide support before birth, during, and after, I am also here to support during bereavement. The loss of life at any gestational age in pregnancy or after is still a birth and you, your family and your baby are worthy of love, support, acknowledgement, validation, and honor. The grief and weight of loss will remain with you for life and we will explore ways to prepare for the loss, cope with the loss, memorialize your baby, create memories and keepsakes, welcome your baby and say goodbye. Support will be at no cost and will be available up to a year after the loss.

Anticipated Loss Birth Support

I will be there for constant support through labor and delivery. We will explore help with relaxation, massage, positioning, and other techniques for comfort. Your birth experience will be validated and your baby will be honored. Together we will create a birth experience that will welcome and honor baby, create precious memories and keepsakes and most importantly allow for bonding time with baby before saying goodbye. I will remain available for support through the postpartum period and support in any way I can.

Abortion Support

No matter the terms of your abortion I will be there to support you. Support looks diff for everyone, if you need someone to go in with you, walk you to and from the clinic, find resources and finances, talk through your decision, sit through the procedure, take care of you when you get home, just sit and hold space for you, I’m here to support you. These services and bereavement services are always available and offered at no cost.
