Taking advantage of the natural properties of specific crystals is so beneficial to you and your baby. As you're nearing the end of your pregnancy and moving towards the period of laboring and birth it is important to have a positive mindset and be intentional in the energy you surround yourself with. Crystals and humans are made of energy and the properties of crystals can e harnessed for your self care. By utilizing certain crystals customized to each birth person, you will have the crystals placed on your belly along the linea negra. With the help of a singing bowl we will cleanse and clear the negative energy while enhancing and activating the natural properties of each crystal. The combination of invoking each crystals energy and utilizing the singing bowl allows for the notes to correspond to each chakra. At the end of the session you will feel calm, empowered, and ready for he journey ahead. The crystals are yours to keep and I recommend keeping them close up to and throughout labor and birth.
